FSK (Investment Holding with positive track record and solid portfolio diversification, primary in Real Estate, TMT and Manufacturing sector) is looking for a talented M&A Integration Leader / Greenfield Investments Project Manager who has the skills to help realize the full value of each transaction from when the deal is signed through closing and beyond.
The position offers unique opportunity and experience in building a leading investment company with multi-industry expertise and involvement in different M&A, capital investment, and infrastructure projects.
As an Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive investment and industry experience, helping our beneficiary solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ability to handle greenfield projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems and with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
• Moderate sub project team meetings (with Managing Partners, Planning Specialists, General Contractor etc.), being a link between CIO and project teams
• Build and manage the integration budget and identify, track and capture post-M&A synergies
• Implement and apply appropriate project monitoring tools
Requirements:
• Professional with 3+ years of previous experience of setting up greenfield manufacturing operations
and a consistent track record in one of the leading Russian companies or relevant industry role
• High level of operational focus, strong analytical skill, and attention to details
• Ability to comfortably interact with internal and external counterparties in a professional and mature
manner
• CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus
