JUNIOR ANALYST / ANALYST / SENIOR ANALYST — S8 CAPITAL

Position summary

Investment analyst will assist the investment team in analyzing and executing investment

transactions. The position involves working across different industries with an extensive pipeline

of potential deals.

Responsibilities

— Industry and company specific research and analysis

— Complex financial modelling and valuation of investment projects

— Preparation of materials for external and internal use, including investment memorandums,

presentations, and terms sheets

— Managing due diligence, communication with targets and their —advisors

— Participation in deal structuring and execution

— Assisting the team with various internal requests and reporting

Requirements

— Bachelor or master degree from a top-ranked Russian (HSE, NES, MSU, FU, MGIMO are

preferred) or foreign university in corporate finance, economics, or mathematics. CFA or other

relevant courses would be a plus

— 1-3 years of experience in IB, PE, or valuation / M&A departments in Big4

— Strong analytical, financial modelling and business valuation skills

— Excellent communication and presentation skills (both English and Russian)

— Result-oriented, good team player, with high professional standards and integrity

— Willingness to learn and develop across wide range of industries
