Key responsibilities of the role:
Financial modeling and valuation
Preparation of presentation materials (proposals, teasers, investment memoranda)
Participation in development of deal structure and drafting term sheets
Coordination of third-party consultants (DD, legal advisors etc.)
Direct communication with the clients on various matters related to the execution of transactions
Position requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a leading Russian or international university (HSE, MSU, NES, MIPT, NSU, FA etc.)
0.5-2 years of relevant work experience (primarily within PE, IB, Big4 corporate finance, in-house M&A etc.)
Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Solid financial modelling skills
Fluent verbal and written English
Participation in CFA program as a plus
