Corporate Development and M&A Manager - Yandex

Yandex, a leading global technology company, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our Corporate Development and M&A team. In this role, you will drive inorganic growth and enhance Yandex’s operational landscape through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

Tasks that await you

• Gain deep understanding of the Yandex ecosystem in order to identify inorganic growth opportunities across multiple sectors, including search, advertising, ride-hailing, foodtech, classifieds, media, and e-commerce, in Russia and the CIS as well as Asia, Africa, LATAM, and MENA.

• Interact directly with the C-level of business units to execute projects and discuss potential initiatives.

• Source, lead, and manage M&A transactions in coordination with cross-functional teams. You will oversee all aspects of buy-side due diligence processes, lead drafting and negotiations of transaction documents, and coordinate post-transaction integration with the project office team.

We expect that you

• Have 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or venture capital

• Have professional experience with significant involvement in the tech sector

• Possess buy-side expertise, including valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration processes

• Have remarkable analytical and strategic thinking and excellent communication skills

• Are motivated by a collaborative, team-first ethos and bureaucracy-free environment

• Are fluent in English
